Air Cooled Scroll Chillers

Using R32 or R454B refrigerant gas, Klima-Therm provides scroll chillers with capacities from 4kW to 920kW of cooling. The largest units are equipped with eight compressors and two independent circuits, offering flexibility for your application.

The latest units, which use low GWP R32 and R454B refrigerant gases, are equipped with multiple compressors and independent circuits, offering flexibility for any application.

Using scroll compressors to produce water temperatures as low as -10°C, our air-cooled scroll chillers are tough enough to operate down to -20°C outdoor temperature.

The entire range – from compact units for restricted spaces to single pump or double pump units with high head pressure or a tank for the water system – is available for quick despatch, avoiding any delays to your project.


These advanced chillers can include soft start to reduce load and torque in the power train and electric current surge during start-up, pre-painted coils for marine and salty environments, gas leak detection, power factor correction and compressor shut off valves.

They also feature optional hydronic modules: pump, double pumps, tank and pump set up, building management system connection, noise reduction and desuperheater to recover energy from the refrigerant’s superheat.

Moreover, Klima-Therm’s ErP 2021-ready air-cooled scroll chillers offer long, efficient, and reliable service and with excellent energy efficient EER and seasonal efficiency SEER values.
